Do the artworks come framed?

All pieces are sold unframed unless stated otherwise.

 

How do you fix your work?

Each piece is sealed with a clear acrylic fixative spray to protect the surface. Because I work with charcoal, small smudges or fingerprints can still occur — that’s part of the beauty of this medium and its raw, tactile quality.

 

How should I handle the artwork?

Although the work is fixed, charcoal is inherently delicate. Handle with care and avoid touching or rubbing the surface directly, as firm contact can still leave marks.

 

Are the pieces originals or prints?

Every piece you see is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork. I don’t create prints or duplicates — once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Delivery

 

Where is my order?

You should receive an automated email confirming your order, and shortly after an email notifying you of delivery. I send my pieces via Royal Mail

I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you at the given email address when your order is dispatched. You can also track your order.

If you haven’t received anything within 48 hours, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, simply email me at contact@oskarvann.com with your order details.

 

Can I collect from a local store?

I don’t currently have a physical location – online only and delivered to your chosen address.

 

Is it possible to change the address/cancel or amend my order?

If you need to amend your order please email me at contact@oskarvann.com

Returns

 

How do I return an order?

Email me at contact@oskarvann.com within 30 days of purchase, quoting your name, order number and address. I’ll be in touch to arrange the return.

Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

 

How long will it be before I get a refund?

Once I receive your item(s), pending checks, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. This process typically takes 3 working days.
